What to send

• The page link and the specific detail you want us to review.
• A source we can check, such as a current business record or permit number. Please remove homeowner names, home addresses and other private details from any documents.
• A way to reach you if we need to clarify the request. If you ask to change a company's contact details, we will check your authority to represent that company.

What happens next

We acknowledge your message within two business days. For an urgent error, such as a listing for the wrong company, wrong contact details or a fact that could harm a company, we hide the detail within one business day while we review it. We check the underlying record before making a lasting correction. We update the affected listing and any related comparison or score when needed.

Before we publish a company completion figure, we send the company the calculation, its definition and the permits behind it. We hold the figure for at least 14 days after notice, even if no reply arrives. If your company is named on a page, you may reply with context or supporting documents, and we review any reply before publishing the figure. A claim, evidence submission or correction request is always free.

When we correct a published fact, we will record the date, page and change here. We will not list the requester's name.
